High-speed 3D line confocal sensor for scanning and inspecting transparent and glossy materials
FocalSpec is a 3D line confocal sensor from LMI that utilizes a patented off-axis confocal optical design to ensure continuous, non-contact measurement of challenging materials and shapes, including curved glass screens, multi-layer transparent materials ( Such as glass, medical plastic) and various complex highly reflective electronic parts (such as polished metal). The LCI 1220 line confocal sensor has a sampling speed of up to 16 kHz and can generate 27,648,000 data points per second, capable of capturing 3D tomography, 3D topography and 2D intensity data simultaneously.
