Gocator 3504 is a high-resolution three-dimensional snapshot smart sensor from LMI. It organically combines blue LED structured light with built-in 3D measurement tools. It has a resolution of 6.7μm in the XY direction and a repeatability of 0.2μm in the Z direction. It is a microelectronic sensor. Ideal for high-precision in-line inspection of components. Binocular stereo camera design reduces occlusion. The sensor is equipped with a dual-core controller, which greatly improves the online processing speed and achieves excellent measurement stability, making it suitable for factory online automated inspection.
