Gocator 5516 is a 3D smart line confocal sensor from LMI. It has patented line confocal imaging (LCI) technology and can achieve high speed and wide coverage.line scan, simultaneously generating 3D topography, 3D tomography and 2D intensity data. Sub-micron accuracy allows it to scan a wide range of materials including multi-layer, transparent/translucent, curved edges, highly reflective/mirror surfaces, high contrast textures and mixed surfaces, with scanning accuracy and speed that are better than similar confocals product.
