Gocator 5512 is a cutting-edge 3D Smart Line Confocal sensor from LMI that uses patented Line Confocal Imaging (LCI) technology. It provides high-speed, wide-coverage line scanning, simultaneous 3D tomography and 2D intensity data in applications. With sub-micron accuracy, the sensor can scan a wide range of materials as well as complex textures.
Multi-layer structure imaging: Generates contours of multi-layer structures simultaneously, enabling inspection of complex surfaces.
Fast scanning: Scans at over 16kHz with PC acceleration for high-speed applications.
Multi-material handling: Designed to handle a wide range of materials, including transparent, semi-transparent and highly reflective surfaces, with excellent accuracy.
Dual-axis optical design: Provides higher signal quality, improving overall performance and measurement accuracy.
3D measurement software: The product is equipped with built-in 3D measurement and inspection software for seamless operation and data analysis.
