Gocator 3506 is a high-resolution three-dimensional snapshot smart sensor from LMI. It organically combines blue LED structured light with built-in 3D measurement tools. It has a resolution of 20 μm in the XY direction and a repeatability of 2.0 μm in the Z direction. It is the first choice for tiny electronic components. Ideal for high-precision online inspection. Binocular stereo camera design reduces occlusion. The sensor is equipped with a dual-core controller, which greatly improves the online processing speed and achieves excellent measurement stability, making it suitable for factory online automated inspection.
