Gocator 2618 3D smart sensor is a 4K+ resolution line laser profile sensor developed by LMI. The X-direction resolution can reach 5μm when the field of view is 20mm. The higher X-direction resolution and wider field-of-view scanning range make it better for use. For electric vehicle battery core inspection, a larger installation distance can effectively solve the occlusion problem during inspection, obtain more accurate 3D scanning data, and achieve pre-weld gap and surface difference measurement as well as post-weld weld inspection and surface defect inspection.
