Gocator 2610 3D smart sensor is a 4K+ resolution line laser profile sensor developed by LMI. It uses telecentric optics and has a resolution of up to 2.5μm in the X direction. It greatly improves data quality and is suitable for precision manufacturing such as consumer electronics and power. Applications such as battery and semiconductor manufacturing enable high-resolution online dimensional measurement of microscopic features and small parts and detection of microscopic surface defects, while also performing well when scanning transparent and vinyl materials.
